The Community of Pilot Schools CERS has the aim of promoting the creation of schools networks in so as to constitute a "socio-educational community " and enhance the quality and productivity of educational service.

The growth of quality in schools is done through the implementation and coordination of school educational projects and programs of educational continuity between schools, within the legislation on education. The educational project of the institution must be made within of a system of shared values and carried out by the social community.
